NEXUS is combining ONE store's app distribution with its AI and blockchain technology to build a global game platform
Key Issues
• From 89.03% to full ownership: NEXUS bought SK Square's and Naver's stakes in June and KT's and LG Uplus's in September, reaching 95.88%. On September 29, its board approved a comprehensive stock swap for the remaining shares.
• Toward the 'Steam of mobile games': ONE store, now live in 122 countries, offers AI-generated games that run without an app download. NEXUS also plans to turn game items into tradable on-chain assets and earn transaction fees.
• Stablecoin payments with Fasset: At Korea Blockchain Week 2026, NEXUS signed an MOU with Dubai-based Fasset to test linking their payment systems and to form a task force on stablecoins pegged to the UAE dirham and the Korean won.
