Description
On Coco the Cactus’s birthday, her grandma finds a baby sock that has been crying because it lost its owner and brings it home on her way back from the shopping for Coco’s birthday present. Coco, a cactus from the hot desert, wants to go outside to see the snow for the first time. The baby sock who has lost its owner wants to be put on someone’s feet to take away from its loneliness. These two want different things, but Grandma, a generous and caring woman, thinks of a gift that will satisfy both Coco and the baby sock.
The lively imagination that these three make on the theme of birthday presents shows an aspect of the happiness that resides in our lives.
