“The Inheritors of the Tundra” has a tripartite concept,
This is a program that seeks to capture the punishing lives of tundra-dwelling nomads, depict their sorrows and joys living in the heart of nature, and bring healing to viewers.
It also investigates the environmental challenges faced by tundra peoples and the greater meaning for us all. 10 years ago, our team stayed with these people for 300 days and filmed an introduction to their lives. What climate and resource-driven changes did we find when we returned 10 years later, in the modern day?
Specifically, it’s in curiosity about how the tundra children have grown, these children that viewers remember fondly, which will drive interest and immersion in our story.
Via the awe-inspiring beauty of Mother Nature and how it resonates within these people, this program seeks to convey urgency about environmental protection, inspiring viewers to participate in small but powerful ways.
