Description
This Drama is talking about mysterious ancient painting as well as a look into the extraordinary life led by Shin Saimdang (also played by Lee), a renowned poet-artist in the Joseon era.
Lee Young-ae is going to charm the viewers by playing two roles from two different time periods, present-day Korea and Joseon Dynasty, in “Saimdang memoir of colors.”
The story of Seo Ji-yoon, a time lecturer who lives in a hard working mamma, and the extraordinary female Shin Saimdang in a wealthy family in the Joseon era are going on at an intersection. There are life like the flame of an artist, a loving first love, a wise mother and a wife. In the 16th century, we have forgotten the fact that Yi Mokyangja Shin Sangmadang, who was stuffed in a portrayal of 50,000 won in a portrait, was honored as a genius painter Shin, not the mother of Yulgok.
This is an art historical drama that receives the attention of Korean traditional arts / music world. It will entertain viewers with a lot of joy.
