Algocare Inc. is a healthcare startup founded in November 2019. Under the leadership of CEO Jiwon Jeon—a graduate of Seoul University’s College of Law and its Graduate School (Master's degree) who previously worked as a regulatory compliance expert at Kim & Chang—a team of experts in medicine, pharmacy, artificial intelligence, hardware, and software has come together to conduct advanced technological research.

The company developed NaaS (Nutrition as a Service), a personalized nutrition management solution that integrates AI, IoT dispensers, and micro-formulation nutrients. With this innovation, Algocare won the CES Innovation Awards six times (from 2021 to 2024, and in 2026), gaining international recognition for its originality and innovation. The company's commercial viability has also been well-proven through securing 15.4 billion KRW in investment.

Algocare’s proprietary high-performance AI algorithm precisely analyzes users' medical data (health screenings and prescription histories), survey data, and real-time physical conditions to automatically calculate the types and amounts of nutritional ingredients required for an individual down to the milligram ($mg$) level.Based on this encrypted health data, the compact home and corporate appliance automatically blends and dispenses ultra-small, micro-formulated nutrients within 5 to 10 seconds. It boasts exceptional precision, featuring a low error rate of less than 0.05% and a dispensing accuracy of over 99.3%.
