ARTSHIJI
ArtShiji (Byun Shiji Foundation) is a non-profit cultural foundation dedicated to preserving and globally sharing the artistic legacy of the late South Korean master painter, Byun Shiji (1926–2013). The foundation honors his unique artistic world and the aesthetic value of "Climatic Modernism," a philosophy he deeply cultivated.
Operating across both Seoul and Jeju, the foundation focuses on the systematic digital archiving of his extensive works while developing international exhibition and publication projects. Through these endeavors, ArtShiji seeks to quietly convey his timeless artistic inspiration to the contemporary world.
