We are an art and content studio led by artist and illustrator Kim Soeun, developing character IPs based on original artwork and storytelling.
Our main IP, From the 4th floor (FTFF), is an art and character project set on an imaginary “fourth floor” somewhere within the mind. Through characters including Tuitui and Chichi, FTFF explores everyday moments and emotions that are often difficult to explain.
Based on its characters and worldbuilding, FTFF is being developed across digital illustration, original paintings, independent publications, art prints, fabric items, and character merchandise. The IP was introduced offline for the first time at Seoul Illustration Fair V.21 in 2026.
We aim to expand FTFF through collaborations with partners in publishing, lifestyle, F&B, retail, and spatial projects, creating new products, spaces, and stories through its characters and artwork.
