The main business of Egoism Co., Ltd. can be organized into three main pillars. First, it is an e-commerce business for self-planning and manufacturing. Based on a total of five brands, Egoism directly plans products tailored to each brand concept, commissions Chinese factories to produce them in OEM/ODM method, imports finished products to Korea and sells them through domestic online and offline channels. It has a structure in which the entire process from product planning to production request, import, and final sales is operated as a single value chain. Second, it is the production and sales business of IP licensed products. Egoism officially secures the right to use IP through contracts with external IP holders, produces products using that IP at factories in China, and sells them in Korea. Through this, we are taking a structure that enables us to secure demand based on IP fandom and plan various products such as mix composition and collaboration with our brand products. Third, it is an offline retail business. Egoism sells both its own planned products and IP products through offline stores and provides a point of contact for consumers to see and experience the products.
