POCA MARKET is a recommerce platform that enables secondary trading of photocards—one of the most iconic and sought-after consumer items in K-POP culture—by K-POP fans around the world. Through a mobile app–based service structure, the platform provides a seamless environment for secure, cross-border one-on-one transactions between individuals.
To establish a safe and accessible trading culture for all K-POP fans, we have built our own inspection and logistics system. This infrastructure allows us to directly manage the entire fulfillment process—from physical product verification to international shipping and final delivery—ensuring a trustworthy distribution environment.
Leveraging this logistics network, we have established a centralized storage structure where photocards from across the globe are aggregated. Based on accumulated transaction data, we plan, produce, and distribute our own line of private brand (PB) products, such as random and mystery packs. These PB products are currently being distributed through K-POP merchandise stores and global retail channels, allowing fans worldwide to directly access and purchase them. We also plan to expand our offerings with a broader range of product formats and strategic distribution partners.
