Physical Bakery is a lifestyle athleisure brand that combines the concept of movement (“Physical”) with a bakery-inspired world-building approach. The brand operates both online and offline channels while developing IP-driven product expansion strategies.

- Operating Naver Smart Store and official brand website (since July 2025)
- Establishing a direct-to-consumer (D2C) structure through self-operated e-commerce platforms
- Conducting content-driven marketing via social media channels
