Summary

With JMG's expertise, we discover talented local artists. Our strategy for music release and production involves investing in artists to establish a direction for them to move forward in front of the public, providing opportunities for global expansion through various events and festivals (Korean artists to Japan, Japanese artists to Korea), and even coordinating overseas promotions.

⑴ Growing into a 5th generation K-pop girl group representing Korea and Japan, starting with our own K-pop IP, managing the activities and global expansion of our artists (such as Beomjin, Hwang Garam, VOS Kim Kyung Rok, Park Hye Kyung) and artists from other agencies in Japan.

⑵ After debuting with broadcasting and album release in Korea on April 17th, debut activities in Japan in June, followed by fan meetings and promotions from July to September.

⑶ Producing the second album in December, activities in Korea from December 2025 to January 2026, followed by activities in Japan from February.

JMG is currently working on discovering and developing indie artists in Japan, and to facilitate this, we have entered into a contract with our subsidiary, Local High Records label. Additionally, we plan to organize showcases and performances, including showcases with local artists, to coincide with Unicode's full-scale activities in Japan and the completion of Beomjin's Japanese version of "Insa." We plan to sell songs from domestic and Japanese composers through publishing, with a profit-sharing structure, and are planning sales of artist music to Korean or Japanese drama OSTs, or OTT platforms.
