Summary
Beleze, the protagonist who becomes possessed in the world of a novel she once read, had lived a life filled with misdeeds. However, after regressing to her childhood, she resolves to change her fate in this life. Determined to protect the Duke Callios family—her former benefactors who were destroyed due to her actions in the past—Beleze fights to rewrite her destiny. Along the way, she discovers that Diana, who was known as a saint in both the original story and her past life, is in fact the leader of a heretical cult. The story follows Beleze as she eliminates Diana and the cult, restores peace to the empire, and gradually comes to understand her role, once considered an ‘anomaly’ in the narrative. Beleze’s journey of redemption, self-discovery, and transformation portrays her as a proactive and empowered character, striving to right past wrongs and carve out a new place for herself in the world.
