GGO DEUNG O is part of the fancy living brand "DesignIvy" lines that are unique to Design Busan CO., Lid. With the motif of a mackerel, ggo deung o, in Korean, a representative fish for the city of Busan. There are four characters in this line: ggo deung o with the concept of traveling all over the world with two feet; maegee, a friend of ggo deung o; nabee; and Mr. kkotkkae. To establish the brand of ggo deung o with its feet steadfastly in the lineup with the kidult culture, the Company has preserved a variety of character products, webtoon, and animations. Additionally, it has commissioned sales of the products to 30 on/offline stores and more in recognition of strong responses so far, and has expanded the business to the world to develop it as a global character. This character has been also selected as a Good Design, It-Award.
