Summary

Destined like fate, the five girls stood at a new starting line and named themselves ARTMS. Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry reactivated ODD EYE CIRCLE, successfully completing a new album <Version Up> and tours across North America and Europe. Meanwhile, HeeJin sufficiently showcased Korea's beauty with her solo album <K>. Additionally, HaSeul completed a successful four-day solo concert in Seoul, demonstrating her growth as a performing idol. With this, ARTMS, having completed their prelude, finally announced their first full-length album <Dall>, embodying the paradox of blessings and cruelty in love and life.

The intro track 'url' serves as a ritual to lead into the title track 'Virtual Angel'. Just as we must meet certain urls to move anywhere on the internet, Kim Lip's narration kicks off with a spirited rhythm that encapsulates the album's dynamism.

The title track 'Virtual Angel', produced by EL CAPITXN and Vendors who previously created 'Generation' and 'Girls Never Die' for MODHAUS' junior group tripleS, gathers strength for ARTMS. They crafted a dance anthem infiusing Y2K Eurodance with cathedral-worthy sacred vibes that are previously unheard.

With the advancement of AI and the presence of Virtual becoming a reality, this song questions whether idols, whom we have been consuming via TV and phones all along, were not virtual all this time. ARTMS sings that love and romantic emotions toward idols, viewed by others, might not be actual love, but the emotion between idols and fans could indeed be pure love. They suggest that emotions emerging beyond the screen could be real, not virtual.

Directed by digipedi, who has built the world of LOONA since their debut, the music video captures ARTMS and their fans' stories in visuals.

'Sparkle' expresses the flickering flames of emotions through music. Just as love is likened to sparks, how many fireworks of our love will unfold? ARTMS members engrave excitement with their voices.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" was originally held in high regard as the title song for ARTMS’ next album but was included in the album to maintain the perfection of ARTMS' debut full-length album. Producer G-high, who created LOONA's representative song 'Butterfly', gifts a beat that can be loved by both existing and new fans.

Starting from 'Flower Rhythm' to 'Candy Crush', and 'Air', the pre-released tracks were completed by sampling HeeJin's solo songs 'Kehwa' and 'Algorithm', HaSeul's solo 'Plastic Candy', and ODD EYE CIRCLE's 'Air Force One'. They signify that each member's journey culminates in one team, ARTMS.

'Unf/Air' follows 'Air', singing about the asymmetry of love. Why do I love you when you won't even look at me? They candidly express such unfairness cutely.

'Distress' unfortunately secured second place in ARTMS' pre-release voting, but it was a high-quality song recorded first during album preparation. Upon monitoring in the first recording studio, this song already defined ARTMS' style.

'Butterfly Effect' tells the story of how LOONA's 'Butterfly' wings evolved into ARTMS. The genre itself can be called 'Butterfly', inheriting LOONA's unique music style and musical heritage, enabling ARTMS to fly with wings of their own.

"Birth," victorious in ARTMS' pre-release song voting, GRAVITY, reaffirms their existence, while the already acclaimed music video encapsulates ARTMS' aesthetic.

ARTMS announced their world tour 'Moonshot' schedule even before album release, marking the beginning of their epic journey right here and now.
