Summary
Behind the scenes of a world-renowned K-pop star is another voice that no one knows. Hanna, who has outstanding singing ability but cannot stand on her own stage due to her appearance. She lives as a shadow singer. Then, one day, she gains beautiful appearance through the mysterious power of Necklace, and debut under the name 'Jennie' to become a top star.
However, behind her spectacular success is a cruel secret trading of souls and desires. The movie <Shadow Voice> is an animation fantasy thriller about a woman who has lost her true self and reclaiming her name and voice, set in the background of the K-pop industry and in lookism.
It is a completely new adaptation of the live-action film "200 Pounds Beauty", which was released in 2006 and became a big hit, as an animated film.
