Summary
Hyo-yeong(female, 28) had to watch her family struggle financially due to her older sister's involvement in a scam. To make matters worse, her mother got seriously injured and incurred medical expenses,
causing Hyo-yeongto give up on her dream of becoming a scenario writer.
Feeling like she had let her family down, her sister writes a letter of remorse to Hyo-yeong,
but she couldn’t forgive her sister and eventually flees to Seoul, avoiding the letter.
With nowhere else to go, Hyo-yeong'scollege friend, Sunho(male, 35),
asks her to help run his letter shop called "Geulwoll." As she becomes a clerk at Geulwoll,
she observes customers mustering the courage to write letters and the stories they embark on through those letters. Among the regular customers is a webtoon writer named Young-gwang(male, 29), with whom she repeatedly crosses paths. In these moments, she begins to grow, not only in her understanding of letters,
her sister, and herself but also in her relationship with Young-gwang.
She also starts to realize that something is budding between her and Young-gwang.
