‘Scrubbyz’ is a character IP that originated from the Vvvic.com Game-based management simulation game, where players run a bathhouse filled with charming and humorous episodes featuring a variety of guest and staff characters.
The cast includes scrubbers, front desk clerks, hairdressers, sauna guests, and many more, each with their own distinct roles and personalities, delivering everyday healing, humor, and warmth.
In particular, Scrubbyz left a lasting impression as a nostalgic childhood game for many MZ generation female users in the mid to late 2000s, and continues to be fondly remembered and frequently discussed on online communities and social media as a retro IP.
In 2024, Scrubbyz held a pop-up store at Hyundai U-PLEX in Sinchon, offering character goods and a photo zone, once again capturing the attention of the MZ generation.
With strong potential for expansion into online and mobile content, publishing, merchandise, and licensing, Scrubbyz continues to grow as a versatile character brand.
