It is not a carbonated ready-to-drink product, but a concentrated kombucha extract for B2B use—designed to be applied across shots, jellies, and functional beverages (typically 2–5%). ModernK standardizes degassing, filtration, and sterilization/stabilization, and manages quality through key controls such as pH, Brix (residual sugar), microbiology, turbidity/sediment, sensory profile, and ambient stability tests.
