Founded in 2019, Lanforal Co., Ltd. is Korea's only Hangeul (Korean alphabet)
lifestyle brand, designing and manufacturing 150+ product lines that translate
the aesthetic form of Hangeul into fashion accessories, living goods, and
stationery. Lanforal is a KIDP-registered Industrial Design Firm with its own
manufacturing facility, factory registration, woman-owned SME, and small
business certifications. Our products are placed at 27 of Korea's most iconic
cultural and tourism venues - including the National Hangeul Museum Mu:DS
shop, Incheon Airport T1 Duty Free, N Seoul Tower, and DDP - and ship to 10
countries via Etsy Global, with offline distribution in Japan (Ondat), USA
(WAF), and France (KIWA Paris). Lanforal has executed 6 brand
collaborations: 4 corporate partnerships (N Seoul Tower, CJ Foodville,
Pulmuone, Yanolja) and 2 influencer collaborations (Sanhujoriwang in Korea
and Mei Li in Vietnam). The company holds 10 government-funded grants, 8
design awards, and 72 IP rights including 1 patent. In July 2026, Lanforal
will launch "Hee-eung-do-sa," an NFC saju (Korean fortune) character IP,
into the 300-million Southeast Asian K-Fandom D2C market.

Business Description

Lanforal operates four business lines.

(1) Hangeul Lifestyle Line - 150+ fashion accessories, living goods, and
stationery designed around Korean alphabet aesthetics. Sold via own
e-commerce (lanforal.kr), Etsy Global, and 27 domestic retail venues.

(2) Character IP Line - Self-owned IPs including Hee-eung-ee, Mind Star
Five, and Hee-eung-do-sa. Built on the Korean "Gahoek" transformation
system (Hunminjeongeum 1446 phonological principle) - non-replicable
outside Korea.

(3) Hee-eung-do-sa NFC Saju IP - Global D2C launch in July 2026. Five NFC
keychain SKUs (Master, Little, Love, Wealth, Fortune) + 4-language PWA
saju engine (hieungee-saju.app, KASI authentic ephemeris + Claude API).
One NFC tap delivers a multilingual saju reading in under 8 seconds with
no app install required.

(4) Global D2C and Brand Collaborations - Etsy Global 8th year shipping to
10 countries, Ondat Japan offline distribution, WAF USA wholesale, KIWA
Paris boutique placement. 2025 revenue KRW 375M, 12,818 loyal customers
(+146% YoY). Six collaboration partners: N Seoul Tower, CJ Foodville,
Pulmuone, Yanolja (corporate, 4) + Sanhujoriwang and Mei Li Vietnam
(influencer, 2). Preparing simultaneous launch on Rakuten Japan, Shopee
SEA, Qoo10, Lazada, and Tokopedia in July 2026 (six new SEA channels).
