KHS Agency
Broadcasting Startup
KHS Agency is a comprehensive celebrity agency that aspires to be Korea’s first American-style Total Talent Agency, providing end-to-end support in celebrity image management, global expansion, risk management, and IP commercialization.

The company was founded by Hosung Kang, who brings more than 30 years of distinguished experience across the entertainment and legal industries. His career includes serving as the CEO of CJ ENM, one of Korea’s leading total entertainment companies, founding Korea’s first law firm specializing in the entertainment industry, and working as a public prosecutor. During his tenure as CEO of CJ ENM, he also gained extensive global collaboration experience, including the acquisition of Endeavor Content, a content production studio under WME (William Morris Endeavor), one of the largest talent agencies in the United States.

Based on specialized teams—including the Agent Team, PR & Marketing Team, Legal Team, Risk Management Team, and Global Business Team—KHS provides comprehensive support ranging from risk management that individual celebrities may find difficult to handle, to strategic image branding and long-term career planning. Rather than functioning as a traditional management company, KHS operates as a strategic partner that leads the entire process.

In addition, KHS has built a diverse pool of celebrities and artist IP—including influencers, actors, writers, and directors—enabling the agency to leverage strong negotiation power and packaging capabilities. Through this network, KHS continues to expand its business into content production and global projects.
