- DOWASUH is a child sleep solution startup that develops content-based interventions grounded in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia).
Our goal is to help young children establish independent, healthy sleep habits through structured routines and behaviorally informed storytelling.
Our brand, COOMOOZ, collaborates with sleep experts to address common sleep issues in early childhood, such as bedtime resistance, emotional dysregulation, and poor self-control. Rather than simply offering audio content, we integrate behavioral intervention UX into the experience, allowing children to independently initiate and complete their bedtime routines.
The stories are anchored in sleep-exclusive characters that appear only at bedtime. Through consistent exposure, children begin to associate these characters with the sleep environment and naturally develop a sense of time for sleep. Each story includes elements such as emotional regulation, breathing, and daily reflection to support psychological readiness for sleep and improve sleep-related cognition.
This system goes beyond passive support—it’s designed to guide children through a self-directed habit-building process, where they read, engage, and complete their bedtime goals independently, turning sleep into a positive and predictable routine.
