Our Mellowban established a corporation on September 01, 2022 to start a business in the "character" field in the K-contents field.

Mellowban has established the following differentiation strategy to compete with existing character brands.

1) If you become famous for animations, webtoons, and emoticons within three years, you can develop products through a licensing partner and enterprises through distribution revenue
We chose a strategy that goes against the formula that we can grow,
As a result, we have launched more than 200 products (fashion, beauty, food, kids, pets, life, and living) with a Mellowbean Licensing partner company to operate a stable company through sales activities.

2) Everyone has the opportunity to start a business, but a start-up cannot grow only with passionate ideas and original design concepts. If we do not create a stable cash cow, we cannot continue our business continuously, so we chose a strategy that can last a long time as a character brand based on sales by expanding the base of distributors to create stable sales first.

3) After looking at the value of character products, we are currently receiving various collaboration proposals through partners in the animation, game, webtoon, and emoticon business under Nexus studio. I think it is the result of Mellowban's strategy working in the market, rather than sticking to the deficit without sales for three years, following the strategy of many people that they must make the character famous within three years.

4) It is a story that takes place on the way to Earth from the planet Mellowbean. Based on the story of "Traveling to Earth," which is rich in information content for various industries, based on the story of Mellowbean crew members who decided to become entrepreneurs in the field of social, economic, and cultural activities, people in the present era will be informed through animations and webtoons.

Bread Barbershop Co., LTD is an animation studio established in 2016 to produce
<Bread Barber Shop>. The company was founded by Ji-hwan Jung, who participated in the production for Pororo and Taoyo. The producer Hyunah Ko, participated in Lava and Princess Sofia.

Bread Barbershop is about Mr. Bread, who is the best barber in town, does colorful makeover show for desserts. With his assistant Wilk and cashier Choco, they create stories people can relate.

For the first time, Bread Barbershop was broadcasted on KBS in January 2019. After the success in Korea, it is currently broadcasted in United States, Italy, Mongolia and more.

MESE Co.,Ltd. was established in 2004 and since then we have developed our plush toy manufacturing business with well-known domestic and global partners. We are expanding our business by developing an original IP called ‘MOCHITOWN’ in regards to the puppet based live-action and stop motion animation production which can be cost-effective compared to 2D or 3D production. Also we will be co-producing and partnering up with ‘Milkcow’, a Canadian production (Produced Entertainment One’s shows such as 「Ricky Zoom」 and Hit Entertainment’s 「Mike the Knight」) for global media distribution and toy sales.
