- HAPE Co., Ltd. is a Korea-China trade company recognized as a women-owned and startup enterprise (priority procurement company for public institutions). With a strong manufacturing foundation, we provide a one-stop service encompassing design, production, and distribution.
We operate and manage 11 offices across Korea and China, with dedicated business divisions for OEM/ODM, IP agency services (in both Korea and China), and export incubation.
Leveraging our OEM/ODM infrastructure, we support goods manufacturing for a diverse range of clients, from individuals to corporations, while integrating IP business and export incubation services. Currently, we manage over 40 character, illustration, and entertainment IPs across both Korea and China.
Our business continues to expand through various models, including localized branding strategies, SNS marketing, brand IP collaborations, IP merchandising, and both online and offline distribution. We also manage a diverse portfolio of popular IPs, such as BebetheDuck, Hamgging, Soobooks, and Lee Gyuyoung, continuously expanding our presence in various markets through a distinctive IP strategy and a global perspective.

- Founded in 1991 in Los Angeles, California, MBC America broadcasts, distributes, and sells programs from MBC in Korea to United States, Canada, and Latin America.
MBC is a public broadcaster established in 1961 in Korea, and it has become a leading broadcaster in the Korean content industry by producing popular dramas and entertainment shows for 60 years. MBC's content has been exported to 50 countries in Asia and around the world, and its representative programs include "King of Mask Singer," "Physical 100," and "Daejanggeum."
MBC America is a U.S. subsidiary of MBC and is responsible for broadcasting rights and format sales of all of MBC's content, including dramas, entertainment, and documentaries, in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
MBC America works closely with major U.S. broadcasters and production partners and has licensed globally successful formats including The Masked Singer to FOX and Celebrity Show-Off to TBS. The Masked Singer has been exported to over 50 countries worldwide and remains one of the most successful unscripted formats in the global market. In the U.S., the FOX adaptation has aired through Season 14, underscoring the format’s long-term appeal and MBC America’s strength in global format development and localization.

As the world pays attention to the status of the Korean Wave, Aran Story is carrying out a cultural property project. Based on my career as a cultural heritage commentator for more than 10 years, I am working to spread awareness that hanbok is not just a piece of clothing, but a cultural asset, by designing Korean cultural heritage in hanbok. In addition, cultural heritage design produces original and unique products by designing not only everyday hanbok, but also scarves, handkerchiefs, and bags.

Through reusable product solutions, the company addresses microplastic waste while delivering unique, artisan-driven designs that showcase the value of K-Beauty on the global stage.
In addition, TWOK International reinvests 2% of its revenue into social impact initiatives, supporting the families of Ethiopian veterans of the 625 War and providing vocational education for women and youth of the Koryo-saram community, thereby extending positive influence toward a more sustainable future.

- CAKE is a subsidiary of NAVER Snow and a Korean language learning app with 170 million cumulative downloads worldwide.
In June 2022, CAKE acquired HYBE EDU, HYBE’s education and publishing division, and has since expanded its business across Korean language education, publishing, and offline experiential spaces powered by K-POP artist IP such as BTS, SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, and BLACKPINK.
CAKE’s flagship project, the “Learn! KOREAN with BTS” series, is designed for global fans who want to better understand BTS’s words and music, enabling them to learn Korean in an engaging and structured way. The series was selected as an official gift for APEC ministerial meetings and has also been presented as a gift to former U.S. President Donald Trump, demonstrating its global recognition and cultural impact.
In 2025, through an agreement with Hachette Book Group (U.S.), CAKE secured exclusive rights to publish and distribute BTS books across global English- and Spanish-speaking markets. Building on this foundation, CAKE is expanding beyond publishing into retail and experience-driven offline business models that combine its educational content and K-POP IP—contributing to the sustainable global growth of K-culture.
