<아시안 아트 라운드테이블 2026> 국제 심포지엄 및 라운드테이블 개최
한국문화예술위원회 / Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan. 26. 10. 3 토 ~ 10. 4 일 예술가의집 Asian Art Roundtable 아시안 아트 라운드 테이블 / 한국문화예술위원회(Arts Council Korea)는 일본 문화청(Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan)과 협력하여 오는 10월 3일(토)부터 4일(일)까지 개최하는「아시안 아트 라운드테이블 2026」에 여러분을 초대합니다. 아시안 아트 라운드테이블은 아시아 지역의 차세대 큐레이터 간 교류와 공동 연구를 지원하기 위해 일본 문화청이 2023년 출범한 국제 협력 프로젝트입니다. 지난 3년간 아시아 각 지역의 큐레이터들은 '공동체(Community)', '영성(Spirituality)', '이주(Migration)'를 중심으로 동시대 아시아 사회와 예술이 마주한 쟁점을 공유하고, 아시아를 새롭게 바라보기 위한 질문과 예술적 실천을 함께 모색해 왔습니다. 올해 서울에서 열리는 아시안 아트 라운드테이블에서는 그동안 이어온 연구와 논의를 바탕으로 동시대 아시아를 바라보는 다양한 관점을 공유하고, 아시아의 현재와 미래를 함께 이야기하는 자리를 마련합니다. 10월 3일(토)에 개최되는 국제 심포지엄과 10월 4일(일) '공동체', '영성', '이주'를 주제로 각각 진행되는 라운드테이블에 여러분의 많은 참여를 바랍니다. Arts Council Korea (ARKO), in collaboration with the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan, invites you to the Asian Art Roundtable 2026 in Seoul, taking place from Saturday, October 3 to Sunday, October 4.Launched by the Agency for Cultural Affairs in 2023, the Asian Art Roundtable is an international collaborative project supporting exchange and joint research among emerging curators across Asia. Over the past three years, curators from across the region have explored the themes of Community, Spirituality and Migration, sharing perspectives on key issues facing contemporary Asian societies and art while developing questions and artistic practices for seeing Asia anew. Building on the research and discussions of the past three years, this year's edition in Seoul will bring together diverse perspectives on contemporary Asia and create a space to reflect on its present and future.
