BCWW 2025 Exhibitor Recruitment Notice

Applications are now open for companies wishing to exhibit at the 2025 Broadcast Worldwide (BCWW) global content market.
Early registration is recommended as exhibition is provided free of charge, and spots are expected to fill up quickly.

□ Application Period & Details

  • (Application Period) June 5 (Thu), 2025, 15:00 – June 25 (Wed), 18:00 (KST)
    * Please note: Applications may close earlier than the deadline if spaces are filled.
  • (Eligibility) Companies engaged in the planning, production, and distribution of broadcasting and video content, seeking to expand exports.
  • (Number of Booths Available) Approximately 320 booths (1 booth = 3m x 3m)
    • Raw Space : Up to 20 booths per company (booth allocation based on size and installation plans) * costs for installation / construction and rental of items, excluding rent fees are at the company’s expense
  • (Important Notes)
    • All offline exhibitors must submit a separate application form.
    • Companies should apply for booth sizes that can realistically accommodate their operational staff and meeting schedules
      * Companies with low booth utilization may be restricted from participating in future following year’s event or other similar events.
    • The size of booths allocated to each company may be adjusted based on recruitment results and number of applications received
    • Foreign companies can only apply for Raw Space (costs for installation / construction and rental of items, excluding rent fees are at the company’s expense)
    • In case of participation cancellation, participation in the event in the following year, including overseas markets and other similar events may be restricted, so please apply carefully

  • (Booth) Space provided
    * Construction is at the company’s expense
  • (Badge) 5 badges per booth, provide up to 40 badges
  • (Promotion) Posting of promotional videos on the website (up to a max. of 15)
  • (Business Matching) Providing key buyer information provided and support for business matching/networking
  • (Promotion) Company promotion via directory book, website, and sns and sending EDMs to buyers
  • (Others) Providing opportunities for participation in B2B programs such as conferences, showcase, and networking
Exhibitor Responsibilities
  • Booth installation / construction and booth decoration, fixtures rental
  • Other unspecifiled items will be announced separately(e.g., interpretation, etc.)

□ How to Apply

  1. ① Go to the BCWW website and check the ‘Call for Exhibitors’ notice.
  2. ② Download the application form → fill in company information, and upload the required attachments when submitting your application.
  3. ③ Confirmation emails will be automatically sent via the contact person’s email address.
